Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, you will receive the same product that you see in the picture. All of our products are handmade or digitally printed to order, so the finished product will be identical to the one shown in the picture. If you have any specific requests or customization needs, please don't hesitate to let us know and we will do our best to accommodate them. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality products that meet our customers' expectations.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

You can view your sales receipt in your account on our website. To do this, you will need to create an account and log in. Once you are logged in, you will be able to access your purchase history and view all of your sales receipts.

If you prefer, you can also request a copy of your sales receipt by contacting our customer service team. You can reach us by phone, email, or through the contact form on our website. We will be happy to provide you with a copy of your sales receipt. Please have your order number ready when you contact us.

How can I return an item?

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. We do not accept returns on customized or personalized items, unless there was a mistake on our part.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back to us. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is a result of our error.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
